Oil Change Interval Planner
Use the vehicle manufacturer’s oil change distance and month limits. This planner uses whichever due threshold comes first, and never proposes a universal oil-life schedule.

How this calculation works
Distance remaining = last service odometer + allowed interval − current odometer. Time remaining = allowed months − elapsed months since service. Service is due if either threshold has passed.
Worked example
Last oil service at 20,000 km with 10,000 km interval: at 28,000 km, 2,000 km remain. A 12-month time limit may still make service due earlier.

Frequently asked questions
Are the defaults recommended for my car?
No. Replace them with the official distance and time limits for your vehicle.
Should low mileage extend the oil interval?
Not automatically. Follow the time limit even when distance is low.
